About the event

Join Cheryl for an open and empowering conversation on understanding and overcoming anxiety. Hosted by Geez Peace, this session offers practical tools, calming techniques, and mindset shifts to help you move from overwhelm to inner peace. Through a blend of mindfulness, gentle seated movement, and real talk, you’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and more in control of your mental wellbeing. Whether you’re managing daily stress or deeper anxiety, this will give you a safe space to move towards letting go of anxiety and welcoming in peace. Pre-booking for this event is optional.

You can follow Cheryl and Geez Peace on Facebook by clicking here. About your Host: Geez Peace founder Cheryl is an experienced life & wellness coach. After many years working in schools & private sector as a teacher & mental health coach Cheryl took the leap to create Geez Peace community yoga & wellness cic, as she saw the impact that body, mind & soul work had on everyone she worked with from children & teenagers to adults & seniors. Cheryl’s passion is to make a difference, to help others overcome anxiety & let go of limiting beliefs! Here is a bit more from Cheryl..

My journey as a wellbeing coach began around 13 years ago when I discovered my passion for fitness, from here it developed into all areas of my life, there is no better feeling than seeing someone get their spark back.

I specialise in working with children, teenagers and adults who are struggling with their mental wellness. I also offer 1-2-1 wellness coaching & change therapy,

Working and supporting the most vulnerable and disengaged young people can be challenging at times but there is no better reward than seeing those young people happy and re engaged. I love working with communities to build healthier relationships and promote mental, emotional and physical wellness.

Helping others is what lights me up, I strive to be the difference that makes the difference.

For the last 20 years I have worked in a variety of roles with children, young people and adults who are struggling, being able to guide them to make sustainable changes for themselves is an honour and my purpose.

I believe giving people the tools they need to understand how their brain and body works allows them to claim back their power and take charge of their lives!

I look forward to seeing you at the Feel Good festival
