Your ability to move out of your overthinking mind and connect to your body has the potential to transform your life.
Consumed by never ending lists of things to do and responsibilities to uphold, creates a disconnection from yourself and leaves you feel exhausted and discontent. In this session, I will introduce you to mindfulness as a tool to reconnect to your body and release the story of always having too much to do. This will be an interactive session designed to provide a better understanding of what mindfulness is and how it can support you and your family in your day to day life. You will also leave with some basic mindfulness practices and tips so that you can start using them beyond the session.
