About the event
Join Suzanne and the Learning Collective for a children’s yoga class focusing on movement, energy flow and breath work . Suzanne will end the class with a guided meditation. Suitable for children age 3 +. Parents can drop children off.
Free to attend. Booking preferred. McKillop Room 3. About your Hosts: The Learning Collective comprises of Suzanne Jamieson and Katie Martindale whos aim is to build confidence and achieve academic goals. Primary tutoring in literacy and numeracy for 1-2-1 and group sessions. Based in Lochwinnoch with options to serve surrounding areas.
We have yoga classes for children , pregnant mums and mother and babies . We offer a wellness programme focusing on mental health and mindfulness.
